Casting Overhead Crane (Melting Overhead Crane, Foundry Overhead Crane, Teeming Overhead Crane)
is one of the harshest industrial environments that an overhead crane can be put in. Our ‘HYCRANE’ Casting Overhead Crane are special designed for the hot melting precess, with heavy duty working class A7 (4m). We have an 8:1 design factor on ALL critical hoist components, secondary braking and motor is standard and so are class “H” motors, the highest temperature rated motors available. The max. Capacity we could produce is 500t.

Application:
It is mainly used at the place where the molten metal is lifted, can be used for pouring melted iron from additive bay of converter to converter; lifting molten steel from refining bay to refining furnace or lifting molten steel from molten steel bay to ladle turret of continuous casting machine.
The working class of the complete machine is A7, and thermal-protective coating is added at the bottom of the main girder.
Environmental conditions:
1. The power of crane is three-phase AC; rated frequency is 50HZ; rated voltage is 380V;
2. The temperature of working environment is -10°C-+60°C;
3. The relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature is +40°C;
4. If the requirements are more than above-mentioned, it shall carry out the requirements in the purchase contract as the user asks.
Ordering instructions:
The basic parameters (rated lifting weight, lifting height and span, etc.) of the crane shall be described clearly when the user orders goods or signs a contract so that the product which may satisfy the working condition can be supplied.
Magnet Overhead Crane ( Electrical Magnetic Overhead Crane or Gantry Crane)
A lots of workshop have demands for Magnet, Such as the Scrap, Coil, Bar and Billet lifting and transfer. Generally, the ‘HYCRANE’ magnet overhead crane are heavy duty working class A6 (3m) demands, with double brake, high standard components. According to the working environment, high temperature and general type are available.
